We have three, carefully designed, perfectly balanced and highly engaging interventions

We offer three interventions that have been deliberately shaped through years of experience in data leadership and organisational design. Each one targets a specific stage in building a strong data culture: from changing team habits, to turning insight into action, to aligning senior leadership. They are structured, evidence-based, and focused on real outcomes rather than theory. The simplicity of the offer reflects careful design: three powerful formats that cover the full journey from understanding data to leading with it, all proven to create lasting change.

Our three interventions are...

The Data Culture Intervention

This session resets how your team relates to data. It builds a shared language, clarifies roles and expectations, and removes the fear or confusion that often blocks progress. Teams leave aligned, confident, and equipped to make data part of everyday thinking rather than a specialist activity.

The Insight Intervention

This workshop turns analysis into action. It helps teams move from reporting what happened to deciding what to do next. By working through real examples from your business, participants learn how to generate insight that drives measurable, lasting impact.

The Exec Intervention

This intervention brings senior leaders together to define what data culture means for the organisation and how to lead it. It creates clarity on priorities, ownership, and behaviours that signal commitment from the top. The result is an aligned leadership team ready to embed data confidence across every function.

Each intervention targets a different element of data culture and can be run as a half day, full day, or two day in-person workshop.

1/2 Day

1 Day

2 Days

A half-day session is ideal for a sharp reset or targeted problem. It creates focus, alignment, and immediate energy around a single issue such as data communication, decision friction, or leadership clarity. Participants leave with quick wins and renewed direction, but there’s limited time to embed habits or explore deeper behavioural patterns.

We customise the length of the session to your needs, just let us know how much time you have.

A full day allows enough space to diagnose, discuss, and redesign how teams use data. It combines practical exercises, group reflection, and clear planning to produce tangible outputs by the end of the session. Teams walk away with a shared understanding of what needs to change and a concrete plan for how to start. This format balances pace and depth, making it the most popular choice for cross-functional teams.

Two days create transformation. With time to explore root causes, test new approaches, and build shared tools, the group moves beyond understanding to genuine behaviour change. The second day deepens alignment, strengthens commitment, and turns ideas into working practices that stick. Cruicially in the second day we begin to actually practice the new data culture approaches in real-world setting to ensure that everything that happens after the intervention is already rooted in facilitated practice.

Half-day intervention

£2,500–£3,000

Best positioned as a focused strategic reset or executive alignment session. High price per hour, strong perceived expertise.

Full-day intervention

£4,000–£5,000

Your core offer. This covers design, prework, facilitation, and post-session summary. Price should feel comparable to senior consultancy or design sprint work.

Two-day intervention

£7,000–£9,000

Your flagship. Reflects deeper prep, additional facilitation, and follow-through. Clients should view this as a transformation sprint, not training spend.
